Terms and Conditions for anzorileptu.sbs
“Before we start, I want to see the ground rules,” a client once said to me, and that request is exactly why I wrote these Terms and Conditions. They explain how you may use anzorileptu.sbs and its AI whiteboard content digitization features, what you can reasonably expect from me, and what I ask from you in return. I aim to keep the language as clear as possible while still covering the practical and legal points that matter for teams working in South Africa and beyond.
Acceptance of terms
“I just need to know what I am agreeing to before I upload our boards,” a programme manager once told me, and these Terms exist to answer that. By accessing anzorileptu.sbs or using any AI whiteboard content digitization features I describe here, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, as well as the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy that sit alongside them. If you do not agree, you should not use the site or services.
Definitions
“Can we be clear about what each term means before we start,” a legal advisor once asked me, and I took that request to heart. This section sets out how certain words are used in these Terms, so that when I talk about the Service, Content, or Users, you can trace those references back to a consistent, shared understanding.
When I refer to “Anzorileptu”, “I”, or “me” in these Terms, I mean the person or entity responsible for operating anzorileptu.sbs and providing access to AI whiteboard content digitization features and related information. This includes the underlying website, any associated interfaces, and supporting services that are under my direct control.
When I mention the “Service”, I mean the website at anzorileptu.sbs and any tools, workflows, or features that help capture, interpret, or structure whiteboard content into digital diagrams, task lists, or related artefacts. This definition covers both publicly accessible pages and any authenticated areas that I may make available to certain users.
When I use the word “Content”, I include everything you or I upload, display, or otherwise make available through the Service. For you, that may include whiteboard photos, text, labels, and comments; for me, it includes explanations, diagrams, interface elements, and supporting materials that describe how AI whiteboard digitization works and what it can reasonably be expected to do.
When I refer to “you” or “User”, I mean any person or organisation that accesses anzorileptu.sbs, browses its pages, or uses AI whiteboard content digitization features, whether directly or through someone acting on their behalf. If you use the Service for or within an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms, and that your internal policies permit you to capture and process whiteboard content in the ways described here.
Eligibility
To use the Service, you must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction and, where you act on behalf of an organisation, the authority to accept these Terms for that organisation. You also confirm that your use of AI whiteboard content digitization, including the capture and upload of images, complies with your internal policies and any confidentiality or data protection obligations that apply to you.
If you do not meet these eligibility conditions, or if local rules prohibit you from using services of this kind, you should not access or use anzorileptu.sbs beyond basic browsing of publicly available information.
Use of the service
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. I provide AI whiteboard content digitization features to help you interpret and structure information captured from real collaboration sessions, not as a general purpose file storage platform or messaging service. I reserve the right to monitor usage patterns for security and performance reasons, and to take reasonable steps, such as rate limiting or access suspension, where behaviour threatens the stability or integrity of the Service.
Your responsibilities
“I just want to know what is on me and what is on the tool,” a delivery manager once said, and that is a fair question. While I work to make AI whiteboard digitization as reliable and transparent as possible, the Service is only one part of a larger chain that includes how you capture images, how your team reviews outputs, and how decisions are made within your organisation. This section sets out the responsibilities that sit with you as a User.
-
•
You are responsible for the whiteboard content and other materials you choose to upload or share through the Service, including obtaining any necessary permissions from colleagues, clients, or partners who may be affected. This includes making sure that sensitive information is handled in line with your internal policies and that you do not capture personal data or confidential details that should never leave the room.
-
•
You are responsible for reviewing AI generated outputs, such as diagrams and task lists, before relying on them for decisions, timelines, or compliance sensitive documentation. The Service is designed to assist your thinking, not replace it, and you should treat outputs as drafts that benefit from human checking, correction, and context before they are shared or acted upon within your organisation.
-
•
You are responsible for maintaining the security of any login details or access tokens associated with your use of the Service, and for notifying me promptly if you suspect unauthorised access or misuse. Where you grant access to others within your organisation, you should ensure they understand these Terms and follow your internal governance rules when working with whiteboard content and related outputs.
-
•
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of anzorileptu.sbs complies with all laws and regulations that apply to you, including data protection, confidentiality, and records management rules in your jurisdiction. If you are unsure about how these rules interact with AI whiteboard digitization, you should seek guidance from appropriate professionals within or outside your organisation before proceeding.
Prohibited uses
“Tell me what I definitely should not do with this tool,” a facilitator once asked, and this section exists to give that clarity. While I encourage thoughtful experimentation with AI whiteboard digitization, there are certain uses that I cannot allow, either because they would be unlawful, harmful to others, or incompatible with the way I intend the Service to operate.
-
•
You may not use the Service to upload, share, or process content that you are not authorised to capture, including confidential information that you have no right to disclose, material that infringes the intellectual property rights of others, or content that violates privacy, confidentiality, or professional obligations owed to third parties. Before photographing a whiteboard, you should ensure that all participants understand how the image will be used and that this use aligns with your internal rules.
-
•
You must not use anzorileptu.sbs to engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activity, including attempts to gain unauthorised access to systems, bypass security controls, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation. Any effort to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without my explicit written permission is prohibited, as is interfering with or disrupting servers, networks, or other users’ access.
-
•
You may not attempt to copy, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service or its underlying software, except to the extent that such activity is expressly allowed by applicable law that cannot be contractually waived. Likewise, you may not use automated tools to scrape or systematically extract data from anzorileptu.sbs in a way that places unreasonable load on the infrastructure or undermines the integrity of the Service.
-
•
You must not use the Service to transmit or store harmful code, including viruses, malware, or scripts designed to interfere with other users’ devices or networks. This includes using whiteboard uploads, forms, or any other interaction points as channels for distributing malicious content, as well as attempting to exploit any known or unknown vulnerabilities in the Service or its dependencies.
-
•
You may not use outputs from AI whiteboard digitization in a way that misleads others about their origin, accuracy, or completeness, especially in contexts where decisions carry significant legal, financial, or safety consequences. You should avoid presenting AI generated diagrams or task lists as definitive records without human review, and you remain responsible for ensuring that your use of such outputs complies with applicable laws and your organisation’s governance standards.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, I or my licensors own the intellectual property rights in the Service, including text, visuals, workflows, and underlying technology used to support AI whiteboard content digitization. You receive a limited, non exclusive, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your internal purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or create derivative works from the Service or its content except where permitted by law or with my explicit written consent.
Your content
When you upload whiteboard photos, text, or other materials to the Service, you remain the owner of your content, subject to any rights you already hold or have granted elsewhere. I do not claim ownership of what you bring to the board; instead, I focus on providing tools that help interpret and structure that content into digital forms that are easier to work with after the meeting ends.
Rights you grant me
By submitting content to the Service, you grant me a limited, non exclusive, royalty free licence to host, process, and display that content as needed to provide AI whiteboard digitization features and related support. This licence allows me to create diagrams, task lists, and other outputs for you, and, where appropriate, to use anonymised or minimised samples to improve recognition models, always in line with the Privacy Policy. You confirm that you have the rights necessary to grant this licence for all content you upload.
Privacy
When you use the Service, I process certain personal data and whiteboard content in order to operate, secure, and improve AI whiteboard digitization features. I describe these practices in more detail in the Privacy Policy, including what information I collect, how it is used, how long it is kept, and which choices you have. Please read that document carefully before uploading any images or sharing personal information through the site.
View the Privacy PolicyDispute resolution
“If something goes wrong, I need to know how we will talk about it,” a project lead once told me, and that comment shapes my approach to disputes. Most issues can be resolved through early, honest communication, and I encourage you to contact me as soon as concerns arise so we can try to address them informally before considering formal steps.
Arbitration
If a dispute arises between us that we cannot resolve informally within a reasonable period, we may agree in writing to refer the matter to arbitration in South Africa. Any such arbitration would be conducted in English, before an independent arbitrator with relevant experience, and in accordance with a recognised set of arbitration rules agreed at the time. The goal is to find a practical, fair resolution without the cost and delay of full court proceedings, while respecting the rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Arbitration is optional and requires mutual agreement; if either party prefers to rely on the ordinary jurisdiction of the South African courts, these Terms do not remove that possibility. Nothing in this section prevents you from seeking urgent interim relief, such as an interdict, where a court considers that appropriate. I encourage you to raise concerns early so that many issues can be resolved through clear communication rather than formal processes.
Online and alternative resolution
Because Anzorileptu operates from South Africa, there is no single mandatory online dispute resolution platform that applies to all users, but I remain open to structured, good faith dialogue. If a disagreement arises, I encourage you to contact me first so we can explore practical solutions before considering more formal processes, whether through the courts or any agreed alternative mechanism.
Learn more about my policiesDisclaimers
“I thought the system would remember everything perfectly,” a user admitted once, and that expectation is exactly what these Terms and the related Disclaimer are meant to soften. I design the Service to help interpret and structure whiteboard content, but I do not promise that information on the site or outputs from AI features will be complete, current, or error free. You remain responsible for reviewing results, applying your judgement, and seeking professional advice where needed.
Important warnings
I may describe potential benefits such as clearer diagrams or smoother handovers, but these are illustrations rather than promises of a particular outcome. Results may vary depending on capture quality, team habits, governance rules, and other factors beyond my direct control, and past performance does not guarantee future results. You should not rely on the Service as your only source of truth for decisions that carry legal, financial, or operational consequences.
Limitation of liability
I design the Service with care, but no digital tool is flawless, and these Terms reflect that reality. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service, and I limit direct liability to a level that remains reasonable in light of the nature of this offering. Nothing here seeks to exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including where willful misconduct or gross negligence is proven under applicable standards.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold me harmless from reasonable claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your misuse of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your failure to comply with applicable laws or internal policies when capturing and uploading whiteboard content. This indemnity does not apply where consequences arise from my intentional misconduct or from areas where local law does not permit such limitations.
Applicable law
These Terms, and any non contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by the laws of South Africa. I frame the service, including AI whiteboard content digitization, with reference to South African legal standards, while recognising that visitors may access anzorileptu.sbs from other regions. If you choose to use the site from outside South Africa, you remain responsible for ensuring that such use complies with any additional rules that apply in your own jurisdiction and organisational context.
Termination
I may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Service if you materially breach these Terms, misuse AI whiteboard digitization features, or create risks for other users or the stability of anzorileptu.sbs. Wherever reasonable, I will attempt to give notice and an opportunity to address concerns before taking such steps, but I may act more quickly where security or legal obligations require it. You may stop using the Service at any time; however, certain provisions, including those relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability, will continue to apply after termination.
Changes to terms
I may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Service, applicable law, or how I operate anzorileptu.sbs. When I do, I will post the revised version on this page with an updated effective date, and in some cases I may provide additional notice, such as a banner or service message. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect will be treated as acceptance of the updated Terms, so I encourage you to review this page periodically.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, or, where necessary, treated as removed from the document. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect, preserving the overall structure of rights, responsibilities, and limitations agreed between you and me.
Entire agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Disclaimer available on anzorileptu.sbs, form the entire agreement between you and me regarding your use of the Service, replacing any prior discussions or understandings about the same subject. If you access specific features that are subject to additional written terms, those documents will apply alongside these Terms to the extent they do not conflict. Any changes or waivers must be clearly communicated; casual statements or expectations outside these documents do not alter your rights or responsibilities.
Contact
If you have questions about these Terms, how they apply to your use of AI whiteboard digitization, or how they interact with your own internal policies, you can reach out using the contact details on this site. I will aim to explain the intent of each section in clear, practical language, though this discussion will not replace independent legal advice tailored to your situation.
